The School has dressed in blue and white and celebrated Yom Haatzmaut with a series of special activities centered on the Jidon Hatzionut, an internal contest where we invited our students to put their knowledge of Judaism, Zionism and Israel to the test.

The Contest was divided into two age categories and comprised of three stages. For the final that we held on Yom Haatzmaut we had seven finalists from primary and four from secondary.

The jury comprised of Didi Apelbaum (Keren Hayesod), Mijael Edery (Keren Kayemet Leisrael), Gaby Treiband (CJM) and Rav Barylka, was pleasantly impressed by the extensive knowledge demonstrated by the finalists.

We congratulate Abigail M. from primary school and Ilay G. from secondary school, who were awarded 1st prize in each category, receiving a ticket to Israel to be able to see closely what they have studied about.

We are already starting to prepare for the next one!
