Judaism: Delivery of Siddur and Tanakh in elementary school
1st Primary
Siddur Delivery Party
Our sages say “you will serve Gd with all your heart” and they ask: “what is the service of the heart? - The tefillah, the prayer”.
The 1st grade students after a year of learning in which they learned the basic prayers of the morning received their first personal siddur. It is our wish that this siddur accompany you during your school career as outside of it.
4th Primary
Jumash Giving Party
In an emotional ceremony, the 4th grade children received the jumash, thus symbolically signaling their incorporation into the millennial chain of study and interpretation of the Torah.
